Applications for the Greene County Community Foundation’s 2014 grant cycle are now available at the ISU Extension & Outreach office in Jefferson and online at http://www.extension.iastate.edu/greene/content/greene-county-community-foundation (Note: The link was updated Feb. 3.)
Completed applications are due at the Extension office by 4:30 pm Thursday, Feb. 13.
Foundation board members will score the applications on Feb. 22 and grants will be awarded and available in late March or early April.
The Foundation will accept grant applications of up to $35,000. This year the Foundation anticipates awarding a total of $100,000.
The Foundation is still accepting donations for its endowment. Donations can be made by using clicking on the Community Foundation link on the right on GreeneCountyNewsOnline.
